Chef Charlie Giordano
Being the Executive Chef at Duvall allows Chef Giordano to continue honing his craft, while continually changing the face of Duvall cuisine. He enjoys the challenges that constantly present themselves in the catering world because it allows for creativity. Formerly a restaurant chef, Chef Giordano continually proves that restaurant quality and service do not have to be sacrificed at a catered event. When he came to Duvall he made a point to hire experienced chefs, not cooks, to work in the kitchen. His overall cooking philosophy stems from quality of product.
